Mr. Jackie Eldan, Israeli, Born in Jerusalem, former diplomat who served 20 years in the Israel’s Foreign Affairs Ministry. During 1995-1997 Mr. Eldan served as a Deputy Head of Mission at the Israeli Embassy in Quito, Ecuador. Through the years of his carrier, has acquired valuable knowledge in regard to Israel’s advanced agricultural systems and technologies. Mr. Eldan has a degree in Political science and Sociology, Master studies in Public Administration, a Master Degree in Business Administration, He is also a graduate of Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Cadet Course and in his last posting (2008-2013) was the Consul general of Israel in Shanghai, China.
